About The Position

The Sales Stylist serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor, helping customers select products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle. The stylist helps customers discover and express their personal style and shows how Kate Spade products can be incorporated into their existing wardrobe. This is a seasonal role for the Autumn-Holiday season, with availability required for Black Friday and Black Friday Weekend (November 27–29).

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency, or local-language proficiency as applicable to the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays.
Availability for Black Friday and Black Friday Weekend (November 27–29).
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.

Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
Listen actively and ask follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
Show creative ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles.
Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
Reinforce and celebrate customer choices and invite customers to return.
Drive sales results through customer connections and storytelling.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across all categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback honestly and constructively.
