About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Stylist at Jaxen Grey, you will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience during the busy season through customer engagement, personalized styling, and maintaining an inviting, inspiring, and well-kept sales floor. You will work with store leadership and fellow team members to support daily operations, drive sales, and enhance the customer experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and a genuine interest in connecting with people. The seasonal term runs from November through January 18, though most assignments end before that date. There may be an opportunity to continue as a non-seasonal employee after the seasonal term. Scheduling is flexible and may involve as few as one or two shifts per week.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Quick-learning, adaptable mindset and openness to feedback.
Creativity and a natural eye for style.
Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; some holiday shifts are needed, but not every holiday.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
Assist customers at the register in a friendly and efficient manner.
Maintain visual standards by straightening merchandise, cleaning, and supporting floor and fixture changes.
Restock product and keep the sales floor neat, organized, and shoppable.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and promote Jaxen Grey’s culture.
