About The Position

Salesforce Professional Services is evolving how it delivers value to customers, with AI redefining service delivery and consultant work. The role supports strategic planning and operational research across the global Professional Services business, working with Strategy Leads and leadership. It involves market research, data modeling, operational insight generation, executive presentation development, and support for metrics and review processes that track the business outcomes of the transformation.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, qualitative research techniques, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
Ability to distill raw data into clean, logical, visually polished presentation slides for executive audiences.
Ability to independently structure an organized analysis and research plan from loosely defined guidelines.
High familiarity with generative AI and automation tools for accelerating research and content creation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct quantitative analysis, qualitative research, market benchmarking, and operational capacity modeling to support Professional Services strategic initiatives.
Partner with the Professional Services analytics organization to extract operational data, identify friction points, and develop data-driven recommendations for project teams.
Translate analytical findings and strategic options into structured, visually compelling slide decks, strategy briefs, and other executive deliverables.
Assist in preparing quarterly and annual operational review materials for global Professional Services leadership.
Coordinate with PMO and OCM teams to share data models, requirements, and metric-tracking frameworks for strategy execution.
Use AI productivity, visualization, and analytical software to streamline desk research, automate reporting, and improve daily operational output.
