About The Position

Are you a natural salesperson who loves connecting with people and closing the deal? At Heights Wellness Retreat, we’re looking for a confident, energetic Sales Specialist who is motivated by goals, thrives on conversation, and isn’t afraid to ask for the sale. This is a SALES position. You will spend your day talking to guests, making outbound calls, following up with leads, recommending services, and confidently presenting memberships. Every guest interaction is an opportunity to educate, recommend, and convert.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of sales experience; membership sales required.
• Confident, outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable initiating conversations.
• Comfortable making lots of phone calls and following up until you get an answer.
• Goal-driven and motivated by commission and results.
• Able to confidently overcome objections and ask for the sale.
• Naturally competitive with a “figure it out and get it done” mindset.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Positive, energetic, coachable, and accountable.
• Must have evening & weekend availability
• At least one weekend day required

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships by connecting each guest’s wellness goals to the right membership path.
• Make daily outbound calls to leads, prospects, and existing guests.
• Follow up consistently and turn conversations into appointments and memberships.
• Present membership options confidently and ask for the sale.
• Recommend massage, skin therapy, and wellness technologies based on guest needs.
• Create an exceptional guest experience from check-in through checkout.
• Build relationships that drive sales, retention, rebooking, and referrals.
• Hit and exceed individual and team sales goals.
