Sales Specialist - Front Desk
About The Position
The Sales Specialist - Front Desk works between The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas and The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas. The role welcomes guests arriving for scheduled sales presentations or visiting the sales gallery for information, helps ensure guests are comfortable while they wait, and supports sales presentation and volume production goals. It also promotes the brand and creates, logs, and expedites premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs. The position emphasizes guest experience, professional and prompt interactions, anticipating and addressing guest needs, contributing to team goals, and following company policies and safety procedures. Candidates should be motivated, enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone, and be available for a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. The position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements.
Requirements
- Highly motivated.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
- Available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
- Able to reach overhead and below the knees and perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities
- Meet and greet guests arriving for scheduled sales presentations or visiting the sales gallery for general information.
- Ensure guests are comfortable and offer refreshments while they wait for sales presentations.
- Provide a high level of service to support budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals.
- Promote awareness of the brand image internally and externally.
- Create, log, and expedite premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs.
- Welcome guests, anticipate and address their needs, and interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
- Contribute to team goals.
