About The Position

Crystal Clean is seeking a customer-focused Route Sales & Service Representative to grow sales and provide environmental waste services at customer facilities. The role involves servicing parts washing units and picking up waste drums using company equipment, while building relationships with new and existing customers and pursuing additional business. The representative is expected to follow safety guidelines, inspect vehicles and equipment, and organize work orders to minimize travel time. Compensation includes a weekly base salary, bonuses, and uncapped commission; actual earnings vary based on performance and location. Average annual earnings are stated as $70,000–$85,000, plus benefits. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is advertised.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Class B CDL, Medical Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to operate various equipment, including electronic devices and truck gear.
Complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
Ability to perform frequent bending, lifting, and climbing.
