About The Position

Ace Solid Waste is hiring Route Drivers for its hauling company in Ramsey, Minnesota. This role offers steady employment in a family atmosphere, with a $10,000 stay-on bonus and pay of $28–$34 per hour, depending on experience. The company can help the right person obtain a CDL.

Drivers should be safety-driven and able to work in a fast-paced team environment, outdoors in all types of weather. They must follow safe operating practices, use interpersonal skills to provide good customer service, and read, write, and understand reports well enough to complete daily assignments. The schedule requires 50–60 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no Sundays. Drivers must be physically able to enter and exit the truck multiple times during a route.

Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
