Route Service Representative/Driver
About The Position
Prudential Overall Supply is seeking motivated, customer-focused, and sales-oriented Route Service Representatives. The representative drives a company truck within an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats, and other rental products, serving as a company representative and helping ensure timely deliveries and satisfied customers. The role includes building and maintaining customer relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to earn route bonuses and commissions. Representatives must operate trucks safely and professionally while following federal and state vehicle regulations. The role involves safely picking up and delivering products and garments, ensuring loads are accurate and properly prepared, loading and unloading clean and soiled merchandise, and carefully handling carts during transport. Representatives use company devices to manage customer orders, communicate invoice changes, and maintain an updated route book. Other duties may be assigned to support route operations. This is a full-time, permanent, non-seasonal role with a Monday–Friday schedule and work weeks of 40 or more hours. Requirements
- High school graduate.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Customer service and sales orientation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Safe driving skills in all weather conditions.
- Must satisfy all customer-required background compliance criteria to maintain eligibility for the role.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience driving a box truck or step-van preferred.
- Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

- Perform other duties as needed to support smooth route operations.
