About The Position

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking motivated, customer-focused, sales-oriented Route Service Representatives to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats, and other rental products within an assigned territory using a company truck. Representatives serve as the face of the company, provide customer service, and build relationships while identifying opportunities to sell additional products and services. The role includes operating the truck safely and professionally in accordance with federal and state vehicle regulations.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday–Friday schedule and 40+ hour work weeks. Requirements

• High school graduate.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Active CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
• Customer service and sales orientation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Satisfy all customer-required background compliance criteria to maintain eligibility for the role.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van.
• Military experience; military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments within an assigned territory.
• Ensure loads are accurate and properly prepared.
• Load and unload soiled and clean merchandise, handling carts carefully during transport.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Use company devices to manage customer orders, communicate invoice changes, and maintain an updated route book.
• Follow all federal and state vehicle regulations and drive safely in all weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as needed to support smooth route operations.
