About The Position

The AutoNation Experienced Sales Associate sells new and used vehicles while meeting gross profit, customer satisfaction, and sales volume standards. The role focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find suitable vehicles, and following up with customers throughout the sales process. Associates have access to nationwide vehicle inventory, CRM and equity-mining tools, and relationships with more than 30 lenders. The position offers commission-based compensation and hands-on, digital, and classroom training to support career growth.

Requirements

More than 1 year of automotive sales experience.
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Willingness to follow up repeatedly with customers.
Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
