About The Position

Land Rover Troy Jaguar Land Rover Troy is hiring a Sales Representative to support its Sales Department. The role involves guiding customers through vehicle shopping and purchasing, presenting products and demonstrating vehicles, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The representative builds relationships with current and prospective customers, manages follow-up through the CRM, and stays informed about new models, product updates, and manufacturer training programs. The dealership is part of Lithia & Driveway, which operates more than 300 dealerships nationwide representing over 30 manufacturers in 25 states. Requirements

At least 3 years of previous dealership sales experience.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment.
Courteous and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivation and ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
