About The Position
Havel is looking for a Temperature Controls Sales Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for selling building automation system add-ons, upgrades, and installations to General Growth Properties by providing innovative solutions, timely quotations and accurate estimates.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a related business preferred with a proven, verifiable, successful record of accomplishment.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales.
- Ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales processes.
- Proven record of sales capabilities.
- Willing to travel on a regular basis
- Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills.
- Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
Responsibilities
- Annually quote, book and achieve gross margins goals.
- Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to provide the organization the opportunity to be as competitive as possible.
- Properly control total cost so that the Division operates profitably.
- Maintain monthly planning calendar to provide a means of tracking projects.
