About The Position

Chevrolet GMC of Fairbanks is seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to join its dealership sales team. The role involves delivering a premium customer experience and guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from their initial inquiry through delivery and introduction to the Service team. Requirements

Automotive sales experience or similar experience.
Familiarity with dealership management systems.
Proficiency in converting leads and overcoming objections.
Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and create a positive first impression through a warm, customer-focused experience.
Help customers find the right vehicle by showcasing features, answering questions, and providing hands-on vehicle demonstrations.
Build lasting customer relationships and generate opportunities through networking, referrals, and community connections.
Use CRM tools to manage customer information and provide personalized follow-up.
Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain communication with prospective customers.
Provide a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable vehicle-purchase experience through delivery and introduction to the Service team.
Maintain current knowledge of products, pricing, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends.
Maintain a clean and inviting showroom.
Support a collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge, encouraging teammates, and celebrating individual and team successes.
Develop sales skills through available training and career growth opportunities.
