About The Position
Trinity Solar is hiring entry-level Sales Representatives for a personal development program designed to build sales skills. Previous sales experience is not necessary; paid training and ongoing support are provided. The role generates qualified homeowner leads for residential solar energy systems, schedules free information sessions, and provides product knowledge to qualifying homeowners. Representatives are expected to develop industry knowledge, represent Trinity Solar professionally and with integrity, and meet or exceed lead-generation goals. Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions.
Requirements
- Be self-driven and highly motivated.
- Have a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
- Have a reliable mode of transportation.
- Have a cell phone with data and internet.
- Be 18 years old or older.
- Certain opportunities may require a clean DMV record.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, inside or outside sales, or customer-interfacing experience.
- Bilingual abilities.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential solar energy systems.
- Schedule prospective customers for a free information session.
- Serve as a consultant and provide useful product knowledge to qualifying homeowners.
- Acquire, retain, and constantly develop industry knowledge.
- Represent Trinity Solar Inc. and its brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Meet and exceed lead generation goals.
