About The Position

The Entry-Level Sales Representative meets homeowners in local neighborhoods, starts conversations, introduces Mad City Windows & Baths’ window, bath, and kitchen solutions, and schedules free, no-obligation in-home consultations for In-Home Sales Representatives. The role focuses on generating interest and making a strong first impression; closing deals is not expected. It is suitable for candidates without sales experience, and training is provided. The position involves active outdoor work in neighborhoods and offers opportunities for career growth, including a Manager in Training program and a pipeline to in-home sales.
