About The Position

As an entry-level Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free, no-obligation in-home consultations for Mad City Windows & Baths’ In-Home Sales Representatives. The role focuses on generating interest through a positive first impression; you are not expected to close sales. You’ll introduce the company’s window, bath, and kitchen solutions, answer basic questions, and work with your team toward daily and weekly goals. This position offers a guaranteed starting rate of $20 per hour, uncapped performance-based bonuses, and paid training from Day 1. No sales experience is required. The company offers career growth and development, a Manager in Training program, and a direct pipeline to a career in in-home sales. The schedule is Monday through Friday. The role involves active outdoor work, including walking through neighborhoods for extended periods and working in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful but not required.
