About The Position

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring an entry-level Sales Representative to work in local neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, introduce the company’s window, bath, and kitchen solutions, and schedule free, no-obligation in-home consultations for In-Home Sales Representatives. The role focuses on generating interest through a positive first impression; representatives are not expected to close deals. No sales experience is required, and paid training is provided from Day 1. The position offers a $20-per-hour starting wage and uncapped performance-based bonuses, with opportunities for career growth and a Manager in Training program. The schedule is Monday through Friday. The work involves extended walking and other movement outdoors in varying weather conditions.
