About The Position
Allegiant Business Group seeks an Entry-Level Sales Representative to offer supplemental insurance solutions to businesses and individuals. The role involves meeting business owners and decision-makers face to face, conducting needs-based consultations, enrolling clients in coverage, and following up to support client satisfaction. The company provides hands-on training and mentorship. This is a full-time, independent-contractor position in a local territory, with in-person B2B/direct sales. Compensation is commission-based, with a starting base draw and bonuses; agents average $65,000–$85,000 per year.
