About The Position

Representatives meet with pre-qualified homeowners rather than making cold calls and lead structured in-home consultations to identify needs, develop custom solutions, and secure customer commitment. The role emphasizes high-quality customer interactions, decisive conversations, and doing what is right for the homeowner.

The position offers 100% uncapped commission. The posting states that average first-year representatives earn $100,000 or more, and that representatives in year two and beyond earn $125,000–$150,000 or more.
