About The Position

Cleft of the Rock is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to help businesses and individuals protect their people and financial security through supplemental insurance solutions. The representative works directly with business owners, decision-makers, and individual clients, educating them about benefits that can protect teams, families, and individuals. The role is based in a local territory and involves in-person relationship building.

The position offers comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, and licensing assistance and reimbursement. Compensation is commission-based, with average annual earnings of $65,000–$85,000 for entry-level agents. An optional base draw is available during the first six weeks. The role is described as full-time and independent contractor work.
