About The Position

Trinity Solar is hiring entry-level Sales Representatives and offers a paid personal development and training program, ongoing support, and a base salary plus commissions. Previous sales experience is not necessary. The role is focused on generating qualified leads from homeowners interested in residential solar energy systems, scheduling free information sessions, and consulting with qualifying homeowners by sharing useful product knowledge. Representatives are expected to develop their industry knowledge and represent Trinity Solar professionally and with integrity.

Requirements

• Be self-driven and highly motivated.
• Have a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
• Have a reliable mode of transportation.
• Have a cell phone with data and internet.
• Be 18 years old or older.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, inside or outside sales, or other customer-interfacing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• A clean DMV record may be required for certain opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential solar energy systems.
• Schedule prospective customers for a free information session.
• Serve as a consultant and provide useful product knowledge to qualifying homeowners.
