About The Position
MLM Home Improvement is hiring an entry-level sales representative to introduce its roofing and home improvement services to homeowners. The role involves door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods, identifying storm-related roof damage, explaining solutions, and scheduling sales appointments. The company provides paid training in sales techniques and use of its CRM system. This is an outdoor position requiring work in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license is required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Compensation includes a guaranteed annual base salary of $37,440 plus uncapped commissions tied to lead generation.
