About The Position
Casey Auto Group is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to sell new and pre-owned automobiles and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process. The role involves providing consultative, customer-focused sales support, demonstrating vehicles, following up with customers, and helping them navigate the sales process. Paid training is provided through the Casey Sales Training Academy, and the position offers unlimited earning potential, monthly performance bonuses, and a signing bonus of up to $6,000 for experienced automotive salespeople. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are highly recommended.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Exhibit consultative selling skills after completing the training program.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships and a strong client base.
- Learn to overcome objections and guide customers confidently through the sales process.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analysis.
