About The Position

HomeTeam is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to contact homeowners in an assigned area and generate sales. The role involves outreach by knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls, as well as building lasting customer relationships and explaining HomeTeam products and services. No sales experience is required; training is provided. The position offers base pay plus commission and opportunities to advance within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in the assigned area to generate sales by knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners using patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely so Pest Control Technicians have the information needed to serve homeowners.
• Work independently while staying motivated, organized, and personable.
