About The Position

Miracle-Ear is seeking sales professionals to lead hearing aid sales and conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations. The role provides training to help the representative obtain state licensure and transition into a Hearing Care Professional career. Reporting to the Area Manager, the representative helps customers rediscover the emotions of sound through personalized hearing solutions and a strong customer experience. The position offers a base pay of $65,000 while the employee works toward licensure, with total earning potential of $100,000–$150,000 through base salary and uncapped commissions. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.
