Requirements

Willingness to obtain a Health & Life Producer License; the license cost is reimbursed.

Responsibilities

Present and sell insurance and supplemental coverage solutions to business owners and decision-makers through B2B direct sales.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and effective presentations.
Train, mentor, and support team members in sales systems, field execution, and performance development.
Track activity and performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed goals.
Represent Devine Business Group with discipline and integrity.
