About The Position

Cleft of the Rock is hiring a Sales Representative and Trainer to present supplemental insurance solutions to businesses and individuals while mentoring and supporting teammates. The role combines hands-on sales with coaching and is suited to someone who is patient, reliable, service-oriented, and focused on positive client experiences. The position involves business-to-business and individual sales and is described as remote/hybrid. The company offers training and mentorship, weekly draw pay plus commissions and bonuses, incentives, and opportunities for professional development and advancement. The compensation range is $85,000–$105,000 per year. The role is an independent contractor position, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.
Conduct individual and group presentations, including small meetings and presentations to teams of 50 or more employees.
Build and maintain a book of business.
Guide and support new team members and help them develop their skills.
Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain strong client relationships.
Work with management to set achievable goals and support team success.
