About The Position

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements that actually deliver. This role focuses on reaching out to pet owners who started the buying process but stopped, guiding them to understand the right products, answering questions, and converting hesitation into action. You will turn an almost-purchase into a life-changing decision for pets and their people.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self starters, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or raw passion around health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment are required.
• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with a working mic, camera, and a headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
• Enough dedicated internet speed to support calls and video without freezing, delays, or dropped audio. Minimum [10] Mbps download / [5] Mbps upload of dedicated bandwidth, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to customers who abandoned their carts, re-engaging them to complete their purchase.
• Help pet owners understand the right products for their dog’s needs, answering questions and removing uncertainty with clarity and care.
• Turn warm leads into completed sales by building trust, addressing objections, and reinforcing value.
• Transform near-buyers into loyal, repeat customers.
• Work closely with dedicated leaders, leveraging training resources to master the art of conversion and customer connection.
• Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential while integrating seamlessly with operations.
• Work from home in a global remote environment, utilizing communication tools and platforms.
