About The Position

We specialize in pet health supplements, aiming to help pets live longer, healthier lives. This role is crucial for ensuring pet owners receive the guidance needed to effectively use our products, thereby supporting our mission and building customer confidence. As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be the key to turning purchases into transformations for pets and their owners.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self-starters motivated by growth opportunities and sales excellence.
• Knowledge, background, or passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment required for clear, uninterrupted phone and video calls.
• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with a working mic, camera, and headset.
• Ability to run call systems, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
• Sufficient dedicated internet speed to support calls and video without issues (Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, packet loss under ~1%).

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for a pet client company with a focus on pet owners.
• Grow customer base by transforming prospects into brand loyalists.
• Learn and master selling techniques and Tribe's ethos through dedicated training and leadership.
• Operate with unlimited earning potential through commission.
• Work from home in a global remote environment using provided communication tools.
