About The Position

Agile IT is seeking a Sales Project Manager to keep its sales pipeline moving from prospecting and lead qualification through quoting, quote follow-up, and ongoing support work. The role has a particular focus on post-quote follow-up, where deals currently tend to stall. Working closely with marketing and sales staff, the Sales Project Manager will oversee a large, changing portfolio of prospective projects, maintain visibility into each opportunity and its next steps, and ensure clear ownership. The position will maintain clean CRM data, coordinate account executive follow-ups, and manage MSAs and NDAs through signature. After signature, the role will shepherd deals through handoff to delivery and help account executives provide ongoing support and client maintenance. As familiarity with Agile IT’s systems grows, the role will identify and lead improvements to make the sales process faster and more efficient.
