Requirements

• Flexibility and availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Customer service experience; face-to-face experience preferred.
• Excellent and effective communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and ability to be trained and coached.
• One to three years of retail sales experience, preferably in a commissioned sales role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent and above.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, hospitality, or service-industry experience.
• Experience or education in sales, upselling, marketing, or interior design.
• Experience and/or proficiency with computerized systems and technologies, such as Windows, Microsoft Office, POS systems, and digital or mobile devices.

Responsibilities
