About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences at its Village Pointe location. Sales Supervisors contribute to the success of the retail business through face-to-face customer interactions, communicating the company’s story and mission, improving processes, and participating in special projects. The role may also be known as Keyholder at other brands.

The Sales Supervisor helps create an efficient, inclusive, service-minded retail environment; shares product knowledge and style advice; and finds innovative ways to improve the glasses-shopping experience. When a manager is not present, the supervisor leads selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases, and opens and closes the store.

Requirements

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company.
• At least 6 months of experience in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Team-oriented and passionate about helping customers and teammates.
• Innovative, proactive problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to being a top performer.
