Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent or above.
• Availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Customer service experience; face-to-face experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and ability to be trained and coached.
• Ability to meet the physical demands and requirements of the position.
• Experience or proficiency with computerized systems and technologies, such as Windows, Microsoft Office, POS systems, and digital or mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed minimum sales standards and assigned sales goals.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships through continued contact.
• Prospect for new customers through networking and clienteling efforts.
• Complete required initial and ongoing sales training and attend required store meetings.
• Follow company policies and procedures and perform other assigned duties.
