About The Position

As a prepaid funeral sales professional and funeral preplanning specialist serving the Jackson, Chatom, and Oak Grove, Alabama areas, you will meet with local families interested in planning ahead for their funeral wishes and guide them through the process step by step. Leads are provided from a variety of sources. The role offers a base salary, uncapped commissions, and volume bonuses, along with training and ongoing development from the sales management team. The position is employed by partner funeral homes in the listed areas.

Requirements

Highly ethical approach to sales.
Proven track record of sales success.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Excellent problem identification and resolution skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
Comfort working with user-friendly sales software and CRM software.
Ability to collaborate with others and work as part of a team.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Creative and innovative approach, with initiative and ownership in the role.
Valid driver’s license.
