About The Position
Park Place Dealerships, part of Asbury Automotive Group, is seeking a Sales Valet/Porter to help manage the dealership lot and support a positive car-buying experience. The role involves cleaning, moving, organizing, and displaying vehicle inventory, as well as applying required disclaimers and tagging vehicle keys. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proactive approach.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to operate vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize vehicle inventory.
- Receive and verify inbound vehicles against invoices when applicable.
- Catalog and enter keys into the Key Track system.
- Ensure vehicles have fuel and required stickers or buyer’s guides and are in good condition.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice or addendum.
- Keep inventory clean and presentable, with disclaimers and vehicle information properly displayed.
- Move and deliver vehicles as instructed.
