Sales Operations Analyst

Bunge•Chesterfield, MO

About The Position

The Sales Operations Analyst ensures that North America commercial technology enhancements are grounded in seller feedback, remain connected to seller needs throughout development, and are assessed after implementation for improvements to the seller experience and commercial outcomes. Reporting to the Manager Sales Operations, the role connects North America sellers, sales management and leadership, and commercial technologies including Salesforce, CPX, RFX, Salesforce Voice, MyBunge, Highspot, Pardot and Tableau. It provides first-line support for commercial tool questions, resolving routine requests directly and helping reduce repeat interruptions to other sales tools and enablement teams. The analyst identifies recurring friction, translates field feedback into business requirements, supports user-centered testing and release readiness, and follows up after implementation to close the feedback loop. The role helps guide technology improvements around real seller workflows, encourage adoption, and deliver practical value to sellers, customers and the business. The position also supports onboarding, user communications, reporting improvements, commercial technology initiatives and cross-functional business readiness activities. Bunge describes itself as an agribusiness solutions provider with approximately 34,000 employees and a presence in more than 50 countries.
