The Sales & Marketing Associate helps prospective residents find a home by following up with leads, sharing information about the community and neighborhood, and conducting personalized apartment-community tours that lead to new leases. The role also supports resident loyalty and community awareness through excellent resident experiences and engaging social media content. The position includes working three weekends per month, with two days off during the week. It offers additional bonus opportunities and a salary range of $45,000–$48,000 USD.

Responsibilities
