About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager for its new Shoppes of Burnt Mills store. The role supports and leads Retail Advisors in delivering exceptional glasses-shopping experiences while engaging with customers, improving processes, and contributing to special projects. The Sales Manager directly influences store success and participates in Warby Parker’s retail operations.

Requirements

Retail experience, including at least 1 year in a management position.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Managerial experience in sales or operations at a complex, customer-focused retailer.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy to customers.
Troubleshoot the point-of-sale system.
Oversee store inventory management procedures.
Develop processes that improve customer service and optimize shopping experiences.
Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
Open and close the store.
Lead shift-start and end-of-day meetings, roundtables, and other meetings as needed.
Direct a team of 8–10 team members and demonstrate excellent customer service.
Help conduct biannual team member performance reviews with the Store Leader and Associate Store Leader.
Assist with new-hire onboarding and ongoing training.
Treat customers respectfully and cultivate an inclusive, service-minded work culture.
