Requirements

Automotive Sales experience required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Understanding of inventory control
Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CDK)
Professional
Strong work ethic is a must
Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Nice To Haves

Prior automotive sales and F&I managerial experience preferred

Responsibilities

Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
Manage the vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades
Maintain impeccable CSI scores by embracing Pohanka's client first focus
Develop and motivate the sales staff while focusing on profitability
Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
Desk deals, appraise trades, lead the sales team
