About The Position

Porsche Lehi, a Ken Garff Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a Sales Manager who reflects the company’s values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. The Sales Manager will lead, develop, and support Sales Advisors and other team members, help close deals, and contribute to sales performance and dealership marketing initiatives. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, in accordance with company standards.
• Must be able to provide references upon request.
• Problem-solving ability and creative thinking while understanding the big picture.
• Strong drive for results and resilience in the face of failure.
• Desire to mentor and help develop others.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work through others.
• Persuasiveness and comfort with uncertainty.
• Positive communication style and ability to connect quickly with others.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales manager or F&I experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Advisors and other team members by setting clear goals and objectives.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to help them achieve optimal results.
• Lead by example and help Sales Advisors close deals when needed.
• Assist in developing improvement programs for individuals who are not meeting objectives.
• Promote teamwork by developing and mentoring Sales Advisors.
• Recommend car inventory needs and assist with advertising campaigns and other promotions.
• Follow up on all leads to maximize return on investment from online marketing initiatives.
