About The Position

Audi Lehi, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Sales Receptionist who aligns with the company’s core values of respect, intelligence, greatness, honesty, and teamwork. The role provides professional, timely service to callers and walk-in customers, helps address customer inquiries and concerns, and supports dealership operations, including tracking license plates. The position requires schedule flexibility to accommodate business needs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
Previous receptionist experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong computer skills, including use of inventory control software, the internet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record, per company standards.
Schedule flexibility to accommodate business needs.

Nice To Haves

Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer phones professionally within three rings and promptly transfer callers to the appropriate destination.
Take messages when the requested person is unavailable or when a customer requests a message.
Promptly greet and accommodate walk-in customers, providing timely, friendly, and professional service.
Listen to customer inquiries and requests, ask questions to identify needs, and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Call customers when their license plates arrive and maintain an accurate license plate log.
Perform other duties as assigned.
