Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous receptionist experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including inventory control software, internet use, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, according to company standards.
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally within three rings and promptly transfer customers to the appropriate destination.
• Take messages when the person requested is unavailable or when the customer asks to leave a message.
• Promptly greet and accommodate walk-in customers, providing timely, friendly, and professional service.
• Listen to customer inquiries and requests, ask questions to identify needs, and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Call customers when their license plates arrive and maintain an accurate license plate log.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
