You will guide clients through the sales and custom-ordering process, build lasting relationships, maintain detailed product knowledge, and coordinate with internal teams to support a seamless ownership experience.

Requirements

Passion for luxury automotive brands and the Porsche lifestyle.
High emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to understand and serve high-expectation clientele.
Polished communication and creative presentation skills in person, over the phone, and digitally.
A consultative, low-pressure sales approach that prioritizes client needs.
Relentless attention to detail.
Previous success in high-touch sales or hospitality environments, such as luxury retail, fine dining, or high-end services.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Deliver a world-class Porsche experience from first contact through vehicle delivery.
Build authentic, lasting client relationships grounded in trust, empathy, and an understanding of guests’ needs and expectations.
Guide clients through the custom ordering process and demonstrate detailed product knowledge.
Collaborate with the Porsche team to meet individual, department, and manufacturer goals.
Complete brand training and stay current on Porsche models, technology, and features.
Manage the client pipeline accurately and urgently through CRM systems.
Coordinate with Service, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience.
