About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales team. The role oversees daily sales operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders. It is a field-based, full-time position with weekends required. Compensation is W2, with an OTE of $250,000–$400,000+, plus a draw, commission, and bonuses paid weekly. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available after 30 days. The company describes opportunities for geographical expansion, building a team, and a director-level growth track.
Requirements
- One-call close experience in exterior or interior remodeling.
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- At least 1 year of sales management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach sales representatives, including running training classes and workshops.
- Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement.
- Conduct ride-alongs and provide in-field coaching.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals.
