Responsibilities

• Review appointment schedules set by Inside Sales and adjust them within the sales team as needed.
• Review disposition results daily and coach the team to prepare for upcoming appointments.
• Prepare and lead weekly sales meetings.
• Set goals, track progress, and celebrate wins to drive team results.
• Use In-Home Sales Team Leads to ensure In-Home Sales Representatives receive frequent, effective coaching and feedback.
