About The Position

Opelika Ford is seeking a motivated, experienced Automotive Dealership Sales Manager to lead by example and oversee all aspects of the sales operation. The role calls for broad-based knowledge of daily automotive dealership sales operations and the ability to motivate, train, lead, recruit, and monitor sales professionals. The Sales Manager will help deliver exceptional customer value and satisfaction while promoting sales growth in line with business and financial objectives. Requirements

Proven sales record.
Leadership skills to lead a team.
Broad-based knowledge of daily operations in an automotive dealership sales department.
Ability to motivate, train, lead, recruit, and monitor sales professionals.
Experience as an automotive dealership sales leader.

Responsibilities

Work with dealership leadership to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales team members.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulations.
