Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented professionals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable with a desire to grow
- Available to work Saturdays (Sundays off)
- Must complete the Culture Index Survey
- Background check and Drug Screen are required

Responsibilities
- Sell manufactured and modular homes
- Build relationships and guide customers through the buying process
- Generate business through networking and social media marketing
- Actively market yourself and your homes using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Marketplace, and other digital platforms
- Learn Titan's proven sales process
- Develop into a future Sales Manager or General Manager
