About the position
You will be a critical member of the business team at Carnegie Robotics, responsible for helping grow the bottom line for one of the premier autonomy platforms and hardware providers in the industry. Your role will involve actively collaborating with all company stakeholders, building relationships with key decision-makers at global OEMs, identifying areas of opportunity for Carnegie Robotics, and maintaining business relationships with existing customers while searching for new markets and partners. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a track record of developing sales plans and strategies will be essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Actively collaborate with all company stakeholders and departments
- Initiate and build relationships with key decision-makers at global OEMs
- Identify areas of opportunity where Carnegie Robotics can help OEMs solve a problem and help them grow with our sensors
- Utilize a CRM tool to continuously identify key opportunities through the sales cycle and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Maintain business relationships with existing customers and actively search for new markets and partners
- Have computer skills in a Windows-based environment and experience with the MS Office Suite
- Have a valid driver's license and passport; travel will be required domestically and internationally
- Interface with commercial OEM and government customers and understand the different challenges of each
- Have strong customer relationship skills, including the ability to establish and maintain stability and credibility with customers and Carnegie Robotics' key stakeholders
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivering formal product presentations and technical product demonstrations to customers
- Have the ability and desire to work independently and autonomously with minimum supervision, owning wins and learning from losses
- Have a track record of developing sales plans and strategies for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Stand out with 5+ years of industry selling experience in a technical environment, preferably in stereo camera technology.
Requirements
- Computer Skills in a Windows-based environment and experience with the MS Office Suite
- Valid Driver's License and Passport; travel will be required domestically and internationally
- Experience interfacing with commercial OEM and government customers, and understanding the different challenges of each
- Strong customer relationship skills including the ability to establish/maintain stability and credibility with customers and Carnegie Robotics’ key stakeholders
