About the position
Headway is seeking a Sales Manager to expand their therapist network across the US. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of Provider Growth Associates, driving team efficiency, and supporting the building of a scalable sales organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales leader to make an immediate impact in a rapidly scaling company.
Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and coach a group of 5-10 Provider Growth Associates
- Drive team efficiency and support the building of a scalable sales organization
- Empower direct reports to meet and exceed quota
- Provide tailored, direct, and earnest feedback to develop the skills of the team
- Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Balance time managing the team with personal time management skills
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing a high-performing sales development team
- 5+ overall years in a sales function
- Natural, relationship-obsessed leader
- Ability to empower direct reports to meet and exceed quota
- Hands-on approach to personal development and coaching
- Ability to provide tailored, direct, and earnest feedback to team members
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to balance time managing the team with other responsibilities
