About The Position
This entry-level position helps maintain a ready-to-shop sales floor and assists customers in locating and understanding merchandise. The work is active and team-oriented, performed on-site in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment. The role involves regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams, as applicable. A strong candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, communicates clearly, pays attention to accuracy and safety, and is willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
